Halil İbrahim
Founder · Europe Olive Oil
Halil İbrahim was born in İzmir, among olive-scented soil and the shade of silver-leaved, centuries-old trees. His childhood passed amid the bustle of the harvest and the Aegean sun. Over the years he settled in Thessaloniki, where he lives today. For more than thirty years he has lived olive oil not as a profession but as a passion. That passion led him to Crete, one of the Mediterranean's most deeply rooted olive lands: today, under the Europe Olive Oil name, he carefully selects cold-pressed oil from Crete's ancient groves and brings it to tables across Europe. For him, a good olive oil is not merely a product — it is sunlight, sea and labour captured in a single bottle.
Our Story
Europe Olive Oil was born from a passion for carrying the ancient olive tradition of the Aegean into modern Europe. Grown on Crete's fertile soil, on the slopes where the sea meets the mountains, our olives are hand-picked and cold-extracted within 24 hours of harvest. This preserves freshness, low acidity and high nutritional value in every bottle — reaching tables across Europe.
