14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How to Return

1. Send your withdrawal request with your order number to info@europeoliveoil.com.
2. Return the product unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.
3. Once approved, your payment is refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exception for Food Products

For reasons of hygiene or perishability, food products whose seal/packaging has been opened may be excluded from return (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16). The right of withdrawal applies to unopened, sealed products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us after delivery; we provide a free replacement or full refund, with return shipping at our cost.
