Distance Sales Agreement

Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the seller ELMAR CRETE A.E. ([address], Crete, Greece) and the buyer placing the order.

Subject

The sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the buyer on the seller's website, whose characteristics and price are stated in the order summary.

Payment

Payments are made by credit/debit card via a secure payment provider (Stripe). The full amount is charged at the time of order.

Delivery

Products are shipped to the address specified by the buyer. Delivery times and fees are stated on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Details are on the Returns & Right of Withdrawal page.

Dispute Resolution

Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
